Gateway Clipper Station Square
Pittsburgh
First light Station Square. I often took early hikes around the city never quite knowing what I might see. Here I was just past the underside of the Fort Pitt on ramp from the eastern suburbs and the morning sun filtered through a slight fog giving the Station Square area a welcoming glow. Spring was only just beginning and a few of the Mt. Washington trees had put on leaves. This felt very impressionistic so I developed this accordingly.
