Mingo Creek
Sedate span safeguards generations of wayfarer travels. The Henry Covered Bridge at Mingo Creek. We journeyed here on a fine spring morning and were able to put a number of miles on our bikes travelling through this area that has several covered bridges as part of the bike paths. I've always been taken by these old well engineered structures and think back to the many travelers crossing them. The old Sycamore trees with the dappled sun rising just now gave a feeling of calmness and yet a bit of excitement for the day ahead.
